If something doesn’t feel right, you can request a return or exchange within 45 days of receiving your order.

We provide a prepaid return label to make the process easier.

Europe (other EU countries) & Rest of World
Please contact us first. We’ll provide the correct return address and instructions based on your location.
For returns from outside the European Union (including Canada, Australia or the UK), local customs duties or handling fees may apply. These costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Return costs

We provide prepaid return labels.
The return shipping cost may be deducted from your refund or applied to your exchange.
Europe (other EU countries) & Rest of World
Return shipping is arranged by the customer using a tracked local carrier.
If customs duties or handling fees apply outside the EU and are charged upon receipt, these costs may be deducted from your refund or applied to a replacement order.
Holiday returns
Orders placed between November 15 and December 15 can be returned until January 31.

- Unworn
- Returned with original packaging whenever possible
