  What payment methods do you accept?
  We accept most major payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Amex, PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
  🔹 Heads up if you use Apple Pay: your shipping address may automatically copy your billing address. Double-check to be sure!

  Is my payment secure?
  Absolutely. All payments are processed via Shopify Payments using encrypted technology.
  We never store your financial data, and Shopify’s system is PCI DSS Level 1 certified — the highest security standard.

  Will I need to pay duties or taxes?

  • US orders: Always tax-free.

  • EU orders: VAT is already included — no hidden charges.

  • All other destinations: Import duties and taxes may apply upon arrival. These are not included in our prices and must be covered by the customer.

  Can I return my order? How do I do it?
  Of course. You have 45 days from receiving your order to request a return or exchange.
  Just fill out this return form, and send the item back in its original condition, ideally in its original packaging, using a trackable shipping method.
  Please note: return shipping costs (and customs fees, if any) are the buyer’s responsibility — unless you’re in the US (more on that below).

  🔸 Holiday policy: Orders placed between November 15 and December 15 can be returned until January 31.

  Special note for USA customers:
  We provide a prepaid return label.

  • Smooth exchanges? Choosing again isn't a setback; it's intuition. We make it easier for you to choose what truly defines you.

  • Refund? We’ll deduct $4.40 from your refund to cover the return shipping.

  What items are eligible for return?
  All non-customized jewelry is returnable. Custom-made pieces are final sale.

  When will I receive my refund?
  Once your return arrives, we process your refund within 14 days and issue it back to your original payment method.

  🌙 Jewelry Care

  How do I keep my jewelry from tarnishing?
  Jewelry — even the best — can naturally tarnish over time. To slow it down:
  • Avoid water, lotions, perfumes, and chemicals.
  • Don’t wear your pieces in pools or hot tubs.
  • Store them dry and clean them gently with a polishing cloth (never on gold-plated items!).
  • Avoid rubbing stones — some are delicate.

  Is there any nickel in your jewelry?
  Most of our designs are 100% nickel-free.
  However, a few pieces (like our Helix Earrings) use 316L Surgical Steel — a high-grade material that contains trace nickel but is widely used in medical applications for its hypoallergenic properties.
  If you have any concerns, feel free to ask us directly.

  How do I figure out my ring size?
  You can use our sizing guide. And if you’re unsure, we’re always here to help. No stress, just ask.

  Does my jewelry have a warranty?
  Yes — all our jewelry is covered by a 3-year warranty.
  If your piece breaks due to a manufacturing defect, we’ll replace it free of charge if you report it within the first year.

  ❗ Note: The warranty does not cover normal tarnishing or surface scratches.
