Mine arrived very fast! It's very lightweight and seems like good material! The only thing that is different from the photo is that actually it is hollow and has a hole on both ends and is not sealed off as shown.. it's a tube ! which could maybe let in water or things over time. but Otherwise looks like the photo and is comfortable to wear
