Can I return or exchange my order

If something doesn’t feel right, you can request a return or exchange within 45 days of receiving your order.


How it works by region

USA & Spain

We provide a prepaid return label to make the process simple.
Just contact us at hello@lunaijewelry.com, and we’ll guide you step by step.


Europe (other EU countries) & Rest of World

Please contact us first, and we’ll provide the correct return address and instructions.

For returns from outside the European Union (such as Canada, Australia or the UK), local customs duties or handling fees may apply. These costs are the responsibility of the customer.


Return addresses

Spain
Returns are processed at our office in Mallorca.
We’ll send you a prepaid Correos label once you contact us.

USA
Returns are handled through our warehouse in New Jersey.
We’ll send you a prepaid USPS label after you reach out.


Europe (other EU) & Rest of World
We’ll provide the most suitable return address and instructions once you contact us.


Return & exchange costs

USA & Spain

Free returns or exchanges on orders over $70.

For smaller orders, we’ll still provide a prepaid label.
The return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund or applied to your exchange.


Europe (other EU) & Rest of World

Return shipping is arranged by the customer using a tracked local carrier.

If customs duties or handling fees apply (outside the EU) and are charged upon receipt, these costs may be deducted from your refund or applied to the replacement order.


Holiday returns

Orders placed between November 15 and December 15 can be returned until January 31.


Eligibility

Items should be unused, unworn, and returned in their original packaging whenever possible.

Please contact us before sending your return so we can guide you through the process.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card provider.
