Can I return or exchange my order?
Of course 💛 We understand that sometimes a piece might not be quite right. You have 45 days from the day you receive your jewelry to request a return or exchange.
How does it work by region?

USA & Spain:
We’ll send you a prepaid return label to make everything simple and worry-free.Just contact us at hello@lunaijewelry.com — we’ll guide you step by step. -
free.Europe (other EU countries) & Rest of World:
Please contact us first at hello@lunaijewelry.com.
We’ll provide you with the correct return address and instructions.
If you are returning from outside the European Union — for example from Australia, Canada or the UK — please note that local customs duties or handling fees may apply, and these costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Where should I send it?

Spain:
Returns from Spain are processed at our offices in Mallorca. Once you contact us, we’ll send you a prepaid Correos label and all the details.

USA:
Returns from the USA are handled through our warehouse in New Jersey.
We’ll email you a prepaid USPS label when you reach out. -
Europe (other EU) & Rest of World:
We’ll let you know the best return address and instructions after you contact us.
What about returns and exchanges fees?

USA & Spain:
Free returns or exchanges on orders over $60.
For smaller orders, we’ll still provide a prepaid label — the shipping cost will simply be deducted from your refund or applied to your exchange. -
Europe (other EU) & Rest of World:
You’ll cover the return and exchanges shipping using your local carrier with tracking.
Please note that if you’re returning or exchanging from outside the European Union (for example, from Australia, Canada, or the UK), local customs duties or handling fees may apply.
Should we be charged any of these costs upon receipt, they will be deducted from your refund or applied to the replacement order.
We do our best to make every return or exchange fair, transparent, and filled with care — so your experience stays as smooth as possible. 💛
Holiday returns
Orders placed between November 15 and December 15 can be returned until January 31, so you can shop early and gift worry-free.

What items are eligible?
Just make sure it’s unused, ideally in its original packaging.

When will I get my refund?
Once your return arrives and passes inspection, we’ll refund you to your original payment method.
Please note: shipping costs are non-refundable.
The timing of the refund depends on your bank or card provider.
